From forecast to shelf to settlement.

The whole supply chain. One governed graph.

A few high-impact places to start. Each runs on the same connected data, rules and resolution cycle.

Plan & collaborate

Share the plan before it becomes a problem.

Publish forecasts830 and 862 schedules and DELFOR, shared with each supplier against its own lead times.
Run vendor-managed inventory852 and 846 feeds turned into replenishment proposals your buyers approve.
Confirm capacitySupplier commitments captured against the forecast, with gaps visible weeks ahead.
Collaborate in one portalBuyers and suppliers see the same order, forecast and exception, with no email chains.

Order & change

Every commitment acknowledged. Every change versioned.

Track acknowledgementsEvery 850 tracked to its 855, and late or partial responses chased automatically.
Version every change860 and 865 applied to the right PO version, never on top of a stale one.
Spot promise risk earlyConfirmed dates compared with need dates, line by line.
Link procurement and fulfilmentProcure to pay and order to cash joined on the same order graph.

Ship & receive

The ASN matches the truck.

Validate ASNs before they leave856 and DESADV checked against the PO, the pack hierarchy and the retailer rules.
Verify SSCC and GS1 labelsCarton labels, GTINs and pack quantities checked against the ASN.
Send in the right orderASN before invoice, inside the retailer window, every time.
Reconcile receiptsWhat was shipped, received and invoiced, matched by carton and by line.

Inventory & visibility

One version of available stock.

Normalise inventory feeds846, INVRPT and partner APIs from every DC, 3PL and store, in one canonical view.
Flag stale positionsFeeds that stop or go stale are flagged before channels oversell.
Watch for stockoutsDays of cover against open demand and inbound supply, by item and location.
Publish availabilityAccurate stock positions to retailers and marketplaces, from the system of record.

Retail compliance

Stop paying for preventable chargebacks.

Encode every routing guideRetailer-specific windows, labels, ASN content and OTIF rules, versioned per partner.
Catch violations before they shipLate ASN, wrong GTIN, short carton and wrong sequence, blocked at source.
Dispute with evidenceDeductions contested with the PO, ASN, scan and POD already attached.
Scorecard both directionsSupplier and retailer scorecards from the same transaction record.

Traceability & quality

Recall-ready, one step up and one step down.

Capture traceability eventsGS1 EPCIS events with lot, serial, location and time.
Build lot genealogyComponents, batches and finished goods linked across tiers.
Trace a recall in minutesEvery affected shipment, customer and location, found from one lot.
Hold quality at sourceCertificates of analysis and inspection results checked before release.

Control tower

See what failed. See why.
See what was fixed.

One view joins failure groups, governed actions, holds and backend verification. Every record is accounted for.

Illustrative data. Your rules, approval policy and systems define the actual outcomes.

Fix the ASN before the retailer bills you for it.

Before

  • 220 exceptions across suppliers, 3PLs and retailers
  • Chargebacks discovered weeks later on remittance
  • The same GTIN and pack errors investigated again and again

With SAIL

  • 940 accepted, 60 owned cases waiting on evidence
  • Retailer rules enforced before shipment, not after deduction
  • Every correction linked to the order, ASN and invoice
01CollectLoad 1,000 records and preserve every original.
02ExplainGroup 220 failures by rule, partner and document.
03RepairCorrect 160 from approved master data and hold 60.
04Prove940 accepted, 60 held, and no duplicate ASNs or invoices.

Exception handling

Auto-correct. Hybrid. Manual.
You define the cycle.

Recovery closes only with backend evidence. AI proposes. Your policy authorises.

Auto-correct

When the fix can be proven from an authoritative source (a lookup, a master record, an approved mapping), SAIL corrects it, revalidates it and releases it. No touch, full evidence.

For exampleA supplier GTIN missing from the retailer item file is resolved from an approved crosswalk, revalidated against the routing guide and accepted: 80 of 80.

Hybrid

SAIL stages the correction with the evidence. Your team approves it in one step, for a single record or a whole cohort.

For exampleA supplier changes a confirmed ship date. SAIL stages the revised commitment with the downstream orders it affects, and the buyer approves it in one step.

Manual

When judgement is needed, the record is held, owned and routed to the right expert with its cause, impact and SLA clock. Nothing is invented.

For exampleCarton counts that disagree with the scans need physical verification, so they go to the warehouse. SAIL never invents a quantity, a lot or a traceability event.
Detect→Explain→Act→Revalidate→Verify

Continuous observability

Observe every step.
Measure every outcome.

Your data. Your rules. Your process. Your exceptions. Your recovery specifications.

Prove it

Bring your hardest cases.

We run these against your own data. Each has one correct answer, and SAIL gets it the same way every time.

Mixed batch

1,000 records: 780 clean, 160 repairable, 60 needing evidence.

940 accepted + 60 held = 1,000.

Late PO change

An 860 arrives after the original has shipped.

Applied to the correct version only; buyer notified.

ASN resend

The same ASN is retransmitted after a transport timeout.

One ASN accepted; the duplicate is linked, not re-sent.

Lot recall

A supplier flags one component lot as non-conforming.

Every affected shipment found; nothing traced by guesswork.

Every supplier in sync. Every unit traceable.
Every retailer rule met.

Start with the systems and partners you already have. See your first verified outcome on day one.
