Solutions / SAIL for Manufacturing

All your plants connected.
All your lots traced.
All your orders, always in sync.

From planned order to shipped lot, above the control layer.

Production orders, materials, quality, maintenance and suppliers. SAIL coordinates the applications around your plants (ERP, MES, quality, warehouse and supplier systems) at ISA-95 levels 3 and 4. It never touches safety-critical control. PLCs, SCADA, DCS and safety systems at levels 0 to 2 stay exactly as they are.

Everyone has AI. So do we.

Shave months off the build.
Activate SAIL on day one.

No replacement. No migration project. No pre-cleaning.

01

Every system connected.

ERP, MES, quality, LIMS, historian, warehouse, maintenance and supplier platforms, through approved IT/OT interfaces, without replacing any of them.

02

Every lot traced.

Raw material to work order to finished serial, with genealogy links, quality results and shipments attached.

03

Every order and operation monitored.

Releases, confirmations, goods movements and inspections, checked continuously against routings, BOMs, specs and schedules.

04

Every deviation resolved.

Auto-correct what master data proves. Approve what needs a supervisor. Route non-conformances to quality, with the evidence attached.

Everyone has AI. So do we.

You have AI. We have AI.
Who builds the better manufacturing product?

The models are the same for everyone. Everyone has agents. What matters is what those agents know. Every SAIL agent carries 14 years of solved manufacturing problems, so AI builds a product shaped to your business outcome, not a generic one.

Always the perfect fit

A wrapper around your systems.
Whatever they look like.

However fragmented your landscape, wherever it runs and however old or new the technology, SAIL connects to it as it is. It becomes a perfect-fit wrapper around your systems, then switches on every manufacturing value-add service, AI-powered analytics and efficiency tool, instantly and on top of what you already run.

From planned order to shipped lot, above the control layer.

Every manufacturing workflow. One platform.

A few high-impact places to start. Each runs on the same connected data, rules and resolution cycle.

Plan & release

Release every order with everything it needs.

Release ERP orders to MESProduction orders, BOM and routing versions sent as ISA-95 / B2MML schedules, acknowledged by the plant.
Check readiness firstMaterials, equipment, tooling and certified operators confirmed before the order is dispatched.
Keep versions alignedThe BOM and routing the plant runs are the ones engineering released. Drift is flagged, never guessed.
Reschedule with authoritySchedule changes flow from the planner of record to every affected plant and work centre.

Execute & confirm

What the plant made is what ERP knows.

Confirm every operationGood, scrap and rework quantities, labour and machine time, posted once and only once.
Post goods movementsIssues, receipts and backflush reconciled against the BOM and the actual consumption.
Orchestrate work ordersDeterministic workflows across MES, warehouse and quality, with SLA clocks on every handoff.
See production liveOrder progress by plant, line and shift, in a control tower everyone shares.

Quality

Every deviation owned until it is closed.

Run inspection workflowsIncoming, in-process and final inspections, with results tied to the lot and the specification.
Raise NCRs automaticallyAn out-of-spec result opens a non-conformance with the lot, operation and evidence attached.
Drive CAPA to closureRoot cause, actions, owners and effectiveness checks, with every approval recorded.
Govern batch recordsISA-88 batch steps, deviations and sign-offs, reviewed before release.

Trace & genealogy

From one serial number to every affected lot.

Link material genealogySupplier lot to work order to finished serial, forward and backward.
Capture EPCIS eventsGS1 EPCIS commission, aggregate and ship events, with serials and lots kept consistent.
Scope a recall in minutesEvery affected lot, order, shipment and customer, found from one query.
Close genealogy gapsConsumption without an issue or output without an input is held, not papered over.

Maintain & improve

Downtime explained. Maintenance on time.

Record every downtime eventReasons, durations and equipment from MES and historian data, normalised into one record.
Measure OEE consistentlyAvailability, performance and quality, calculated the same way in every plant.
Trigger maintenance work ordersCondition and counter thresholds raise work orders in the maintenance system of record.
Read OT data safelyOPC UA, MTConnect and historian interfaces, read-oriented, with no writes to the control layer.

Supplier network

Every supplier live in a day.

Exchange schedules and ASNsX12 830, 862 and 856, EDIFACT DELFOR, DELJIT and DESADV, and VDA, activated rather than built.
Run a supplier-quality portalCertificates of analysis, PPAP documents and supplier NCRs in one governed portal.
Meet suppliers where they areEDI, API and SFTP, or a portal, a spreadsheet or an email. SAIL normalises all of it.
Scorecard every supplierOn-time delivery, ASN accuracy and quality, by part and by plant.

Control tower

See what failed. See why.
See what was fixed.

One view joins failure groups, governed actions, holds and backend verification. Every record is accounted for.

Illustrative data. Your rules, approval policy and systems define the actual outcomes.

Repair the batch before bad data reaches ERP.

Before

  • 740 clean records, 260 exceptions across five groups
  • Failed confirmations buried in interface logs
  • Inventory and genealogy quietly out of step with the plant

With SAIL

  • 940 accepted, 60 explicitly owned quality and genealogy cases
  • Every correction linked to the order, lot and operation
  • No lost confirmations. No double postings.
01Upload oncePreserve 1,000 originals and identify 260 exceptions.
02Group the causesCluster by rule, plant, work centre and message type.
03Repair safelyCorrect 200 from approved master data and hold 60.
04Prove the outcome940 accepted and 60 held, with nothing lost or duplicated.

Exception handling

Auto-correct. Hybrid. Manual.
You define the cycle.

Recovery closes only with backend evidence. AI proposes. Your policy authorises.

Auto-correct

When the fix can be proven from an authoritative source (a lookup, a master record, an approved mapping), SAIL corrects it, revalidates it and releases it. No touch, full evidence.

For exampleA unit-of-measure mismatch on a work order is corrected from the approved conversion, revalidated against the released BOM and accepted: 90 of 90.

Hybrid

SAIL stages the correction with the evidence. Your team approves it in one step, for a single record or a whole cohort.

For exampleA routing version on the plant differs from the one engineering released: the alignment is staged, the production planner approves it, and SAIL revalidates before dispatch.

Manual

When judgement is needed, the record is held, owned and routed to the right expert with its cause, impact and SLA clock. Nothing is invented.

For exampleAn out-of-spec result or a broken genealogy link goes to the quality owner with the full evidence. SAIL never invents a result, a disposition or a material link.

Prove it

Bring your hardest cases.

We run these against your own data. Each has one correct answer, and SAIL gets it the same way every time.

Confirmation timeout

ERP posts the confirmation but the response is lost.

Exactly one posting.

Mixed batch

1,000 records: 740 clean, 200 repairable, 60 uncertain.

940 accepted + 60 held = 1,000.

Out-of-spec lot

An inspection result falls outside the specification.

NCR opened; no invented disposition.

Recall query

A supplier lot is reported defective.

Every affected lot, order and shipment, from recorded genealogy only.
